This website is operated by a hosting provider. When you use the enquiry form, we process the information you provide: requested energy type, postcode, optional annual consumption, callback preference, name, telephone number, email address, where applicable your preferred appointment, and the content of an optional message. We use this information only to process your enquiry, contact you as requested and, where appropriate, prepare an offer. Please do not use the free-text field to send contract, bank account or login details.
Processing is carried out to take steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where you confirm this via the checkbox, on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
Form data is not stored in a database on this website. It is transmitted by email to the controller. Technical service providers for hosting and email processing receive data only where required for operation and handling.
4. Technically necessary cookies
A technically necessary session cookie is used to protect the enquiry form. It helps protect the enquiry against misuse and is deleted after the session ends. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
